Excessive weight gain is avoided through the use of high quality proteins which are easily digestible & used efficiently to help build lean muscle mass. Bone mineralisation is taken very seriously with this food, calcium & phosphorus are supplied at a balanced rate to optimise the integrity of joints & the density of bones. As puppies grow their immune system is put under pressure that is why a special antioxidant complex & food for friendly gut bacteria has been included.
