Charity Information
We give a percentage of our profits to small non profit animal charities so we can see the difference we are making and report back to our lovely customers with success stories
Either small to medium sized non profit charities or exceptional not for profit charities either apply to us or we find them so we know the money or goods we donate is going to definitely make a difference. We ask them basic questions – what is the money going to be used for? What supplies do you lack the most? In some circumstances we could supply for example a years worth of cat food to a small charity. We think we can really make a difference to help thousands of animals long term. Over time we will release a case studies blog
so our lovely customers can see the difference they are making by purchasing from us.

How much do we give?
all products have different profit margins, after overheads are taken out from gross profits we will be left with about 10 % net profit – 50% of this will go to charities and the remaining 50% will go back into the day to day running of the business to grow and share the message. Where suitable we will donate products such as bedding and food. If you’re a charity you can contact us with a description of what you do and why and we will promise to look into supporting you if we can.

Why?
Pets are more than just animals we keep at home – they are our faithful companions, our loyal friends, and our constant sources of love and joy. Whether it’s a wagging tail, a purring snuggle, or a chirping song, pets have a way of brightening our lives and making us feel more alive. There’s nothing quite like coming home to a furry friend who’s excited to see you, or snuggling up with a purring cat who wants nothing more than to be close to you. Pets offer us unconditional love, and they never judge us or hold grudges. They are always there for us, no matter what. In a world that can be chaotic and stressful, pets provide us with a sense of calm and comfort. They remind us to slow down, to appreciate the simple pleasures in life, and to live in the moment. They teach us about responsibility, empathy, and patience, and they bring out the best in us. Whether you prefer dogs, cats, birds, fish, or any other kind of pet, there’s no denying the magic they bring into our lives. They are more than just animals – they are our faithful companions, our loyal friends, and our constant sources of love and joy.
